Welcome to BlitzLy.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by BlitzLy Ltd. ("BlitzLy," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering for an account or accessing the Site in any manner, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, immediately discontinue your use of the Site.
2. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
2.1 Lawful Use Only.
- You agree to use BlitzLy solely for lawful purposes, consistent with these Terms, and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
- You must not use BlitzLy to upload, post, transmit, or share any content that violates any law or third-party right.
2.2 Prohibited Content.
You may not create or share any shortened links leading to content that is either:
- Illegal, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading (e.g., phishing, impersonation, or any attempt to misrepresent an identity).
- Infringing on any intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, or confidential information).
- Malicious (e.g., distributing malware, spyware, adware, or viruses).
2.3 Click Fraud & Abuse Prevention.
- BlitzLy uses automated systems to validate each click on a shortened link. Clicks suspected to be generated by bots, click farms, or other fraudulent means will be filtered out.
- You agree not to attempt to artificially inflate click counts or CPM earnings (this includes "self-clicking," using automated scripts, incentivized traffic, or any other method of generating invalid clicks).

To maintain the integrity of our platform and ensure fair revenue distribution, we actively monitor traffic quality. If an account's ratio of "Rewarded Clicks" to "Total Clicks" falls below 17%, it will be considered indicative of misleading, bot-generated, or otherwise invalid traffic. Such accounts are subject to immediate suspension and review, which may lead to permanent termination and forfeiture of all accrued earnings.
- Any such activity may result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of accrued earnings, and potential legal action.
2.4 Account Sharing & Resale.
- You may not share, transfer, or sell your BlitzLy account to any third party without BlitzLy's prior written consent.
- Any attempts to circumvent this rule may lead to permanent account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
3.1 URL Shortening & Redirection.
- After registration, you may generate a "Short Link" by submitting any valid URL via the /index dashboard page.
- Each Short Link is assigned a unique, random 6-character alphanumeric code.
- When a visitor clicks your Short Link (e.g., https://blitz-ly.com/Ab12Xy), they are temporarily directed to an interstitial page (if awaiting approval) or immediately redirected to the original URL.
- All valid clicks are recorded as a Click event in our database.
3.2 Click Tracking & Analytics.
For every valid click, BlitzLy logs:
- Timestamp (UTC) of click.
- IP address (used to derive geolocation, but only the country is stored).
- Referrer URL (categorized into known sources, e.g., Google, Facebook, Direct, etc.).
- Device/Browser Information (user agent stripped of PII).
- Reward Status (rewarded = True/False).
- Amount credited (calculated as CPM / 1000).
You can view detailed analytics on your /index dashboard, including:
- Total number of clicks (validated).
- Total earnings (sum of Click.amount).
- Geographical distribution (by country).
- Traffic source breakdown (by referrer category).
- Daily or monthly statistics (aggregated in DailyStats for internal reporting).
3.3 CPM (Cost Per Mille) Revenue Model.
- BlitzLy pays you for each 1,000 validated clicks on your Short Links.
- Your effective CPM rate (in USD) is periodically fetched from a third-party ad network (Adsterra) via our fetch_and_set_cpm() background job.
- The current CPM rate is stored in app.config['CPM'] and is displayed on your dashboard.
- Your per-click amount = app.config['CPM'] / 1000.
- Only clicks marked rewarded=True contribute toward your earnings.
- Clicks flagged as suspicious (bots, repeated clicks in a short span, known malicious IPs) result in rewarded=False and yield no revenue.
3.4 URL Approval Workflow (Optional Admin Review).
- By default, newly created ShortenedURL records have approved=False.
- Only an admin (via a separate admin panel or via Telegram) can set approved=True.
- If a visitor attempts to use a non-approved Short Link, they see a "Pending Approval" page.
- This step ensures that no illegal or policy-violating URLs go live without review.
3.5 Withdrawal of Earnings.
- Once your account balance (sum of ShortenedURL.earnings) reaches at least $1.00 USD, you may submit a withdrawal request on the /withdraw page.
- You choose either PayPal or Revolut as your payout method and supply a valid payout email.
- When you submit a request, a new Withdrawal row is created with status='pending'.
- Our Telegram bot notifies the admin (CHAT_ID = 6467190597) with an inline "Approve/Reject" button.
- Upon approval, the admin manually transfers funds via PayPal/Revolut and then clicks "Mark as Completed."
- If you withdraw before your funds are available or if you falsely claim a balance, BlitzLy reserves the right to decline or claw back payments.
3.6 Password Reset & Email Notifications.
- If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
- We generate a secure PasswordResetToken (valid for 1 hour) and email a reset link to your registered email (info@blitz-ly.com is the sender).
- When you follow the reset link, you can choose a new password. Once used or expired, that token is invalidated.
- We also send transactional emails for:
- Registration confirmation
- Password reset instructions
- Withdrawal request confirmation
- Critical security alerts (e.g., multiple failed login attempts)
5. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
Your use of BlitzLy is also governed by our Privacy Policy (https://www.blitz-ly.com/privacy). By accessing or using BlitzLy, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described therein. For convenience, here is a summary of key points:
What We Collect: registration data (username, email, hashed password), click data (IP, referrer, country, timestamp, rewarded status), withdrawal data (amount, payment method, payout email, status), password reset tokens, and any Telegram metadata (ID, inline callback).
How We Use It: account management, click validation, fraud prevention, CPM calculations, payout processing, email notifications, Telegram notifications for admins, and analytics to improve the Site.
Sharing: Only with service providers (hosting, email, geolocation API, payment processors), or if required by law.
Retention: User data is retained until account deletion (or longer if required by law for payouts/tax). Click data is kept for up to 36 months; aggregated statistics may be stored indefinitely in anonymized form.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlitzLy, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
- Your use of the Site in a manner inconsistent with these Terms;
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site;
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Any fraudulent, malicious, or abusive activity related to click generation, URL submission, or withdrawal requests.
BlitzLy reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
